Refunds, Returns, Packages, and Prepaid Services Policy

1) Services

All aesthetic services are customized, time-based, and dependent on individual biological response and adherence to aftercare. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

In rare circumstances, a refund for services rendered may be considered at the sole discretion of Refreshed Aesthetics. If a refund is approved:

  • The patient will be required to sign a Confidential Settlement and Non-Disparagement Agreement prior to the release of any funds.

  • The patient will no longer be eligible to receive future services at Refreshed Aesthetics.

  • The refund will be processed only after the agreement has been fully executed.

Refunds issued under these circumstances constitute a settlement of the matter and a termination of the patient–provider relationship.

2) Retail Products

Unopened, unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days with proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards.

  • Defective items may be replaced at our discretion.

3) Packages and Prepaid Services

Packages and prepaid services:

  • Are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise stated in writing

  • May have an expiration period of 12 months

  • Are not transferable unless explicitly stated

If you are unable to complete a package for documented medical reasons, we may consider reasonable alternatives (such as conversion to a comparable service or store credit) at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

4) Deposits

Deposits:

  • Are applied to your service when completed, and

  • May be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows in accordance with our Cancellation and No-Show Policies.

5) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a charge is disputed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation to the payment processor, and

  • Suspend future booking privileges until the matter is resolved.

Acknowledgment

By booking services or making a purchase with Refreshed Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this Refunds, Returns, Packages, and Prepaid Services Policy.

This policy is designed to protect both our patients and our providers while ensuring fairness, transparency, and professionalism in all financial matters.
