Deposits & Consultation Fee Policy

Some appointments require a deposit or consultation fee to reserve time with a provider.

Deposits & Consultation Fees

• Deposits and consultation fees may be applied toward services completed the same day.

• If a service is not completed the same day, the deposit or consultation fee will be held as a credit for up to 3 months from the original appointment date.

• After 3 months, the credit expires, cannot be applied to services, and is non-refundable.

Consultation Fees

Some consultations require a non-refundable consultation fee to reserve time with a provider.

If stated at booking, your consultation fee may be applied toward:

• Same-day treatment, and/or

• A treatment booked within the 3-month credit window

If you do not proceed with treatment within the 3-month period, the fee is retained for the provider’s time and expertise.

Late Cancellation & No-Show for Consultations

Consultations are subject to our No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable, including for late cancellations and no-shows, unless required by law.

By booking a consultation or placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
