Cancellation & Appointment Policy
To provide the best experience for all patients and respect our providers’ time, the following cancellation and appointment policies apply to all bookings at Refreshed Aesthetics.
Credit Card on File (Required)
A valid credit card is required for all patients and all appointments. Your card will be securely stored and used only in accordance with these policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (48-Hour Notice)
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations.
Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee charged to the card on file in accordance with our No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by:
Using our online booking link (if applicable)
Calling or texting the practice during business hours
Emailing us at Info@refreshedpgh.com
Messages are time-stamped when received.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
1) No-Shows
A no-show occurs when you miss an appointment without notice or arrive too late to complete the service.
No-show fee:
A fee of $100 or 50 % of scheduled service may be charged for no-shows.
2) Late Cancellations
A late cancellation is when you cancel or reschedule within the required notice window.
Late cancellation fee:
A fee of $100 or 50% of scheduled service may be charged.
3) Deposits and Card-on-File
Some appointments require:
A deposit (applied to your service), and/or
A valid card on file to reserve the appointment
If you no-show or late-cancel, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your card on file.
4) Habitual Cancellations
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may limit online booking access.
5) Arriving Late
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However:
Your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other patients, and
Full service pricing may still apply, and/or
If we cannot complete the service safely or effectively, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
Emergencies
We understand true emergencies happen. Fee waivers may be considered at our discretion for documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, particularly for established patients with a consistent attendance history.
